April 18, 2030- In an effort to reach his goal of having 50% of the world's population subscribed to his channel, popular YouTuber MrBeast, teaming up with Starlink to provide them with satellite internet access, has set out to supply 1.4 billion smart phones to those without access to them. The massive operation is set to be completed late October of 2032 and will require the use of more than 150,000 volunteers around the globe. Volunteers, in compensation for their 2 years of hard work distributing smartphones, will be given a shoutout on MrBeast's Youtube channel. Already over 500,000 applications have been received to undertake the project. The vetting process for the applications is expected to take 3 months and another 500 volunteers working around the clock.

Due to the extrodinairy amount of smartphones required, the operation has contacted every smartphone manufacturer available to participate in the manufacturing of the phones. The criteria for the phones is listed as "anything with the ability to connect to internet, create a YouTube account and subscribe." It is expected the project with singlehandedly boost the economy of India by 6% and Japan by 17% for the next 2 years.
When asked what drove him to undertake this monumental task, Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast) replied "Really, I just wanted more subscribers, I won't be finished until everyone in the world is subscribed to my YouTube Channel. 50% subscribed is just a stepping stone to 100%.
