September 18, 2029 - In the wake of growing concerns of division and racism directed toward the more than 10 million DPDNs (Displaced Persons of Differing Nationalities), legislators in California have elected to provide each military age male DPDN with an AR-15. The new legislation hopes to provide the DPDNs with a greater sense of security and offer a more level playing field in their communities.
The legislation is just another step toward fostering equity among those perceived as less fortunate. With the government programs already in place providing free healthcare, $5,000 per month stimulus, and free Teslas to each DPDN, California is solidifying its reputation for becoming a hotspot and a destination for DPDNs.
California lawmakers already have one of the largest hurdles in this new plan solved - how to fund this new program. After several concerned taxpaying citizens complained and protested in efforts to repeal the $5,000 stimulus, and the controversial Tesla legislation, California lawmakers assured the taxpayers that not another penny would be used from taxpayers to fund this legislation. They already have the required 10 million AR-15s seized from the mandatory gun seizure program of 2026.
